Studio policies
Booking
A non-refundable 50% deposit confirms your booking and is applied to your total.
Bookings without a deposit are not confirmed.
Cancellation
Cancel 24+ hours ahead at no extra charge. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Missed appointment: reschedule up to 2 times within the same month, then the deposit is forfeited.
Lateness
15-minute grace period. Beyond 15 minutes a ₵100 fee applies.
30+ minutes late is treated as a missed appointment.
Payment
All service and product sales are final. Report any issue within 48 hours.
